Scanco Software to Provide Warehouse Automation and Mobility for PDI Enterprise

Scanco Software is pleased to announce an agreement with PDI Technologies to develop warehouse management, automation, and mobility functionality for PDI’s world-class ERP system, PDI Enterprise.

Scanco will leverage its latest technology platform and decades of knowledge in providing tools to automate warehouse processes. Scanco’s depth of knowledge in the supply-chain industries has produced premium solutions to assist companies in reducing costs, simplifying procedures, and expanding revenue opportunities.

Our partnership with PDI allows us to expand our presence in retail and petroleum wholesale verticals. PDI Enterprise offers ERP and back-office solutions, including inventory management, order processing, and more. The developed white-label product will be sold and serviced by PDI as a part of its total solution.

The product will be built using the new Scanco Cloud ConnectIt (SCC), which is a cloud-native framework that enables seamless integration between Scanco software and any third-party software, whether in the cloud or on-premises. SCC was developed in 2022 as a part of Scanco’s product modernization journey.

It expands our market presence into numerous new customers who already work with this proven industry leader.”

Features planned for the integration will include capabilities that now exist in Scanco Mobility. Using Scanco’s software, customers are able to pick, pack, and ship orders fast by eliminating the need for paper counting and data entry. Seamless integration with ERP allows for the automatic transfer of data between the systems. New functionality, like repackaging, will also be provided in the initial release. Future integrations into companion applications like Scanco Mobile Sales and Scanco Procurement Automation are slated for subsequent releases.
