Offline Mode 

Tech Dashboard uses “sync” technology with your Sage 100 and JobOps Field Service databases. Look up parts, customers, service tickets and more.  Why is Offline Mode important? Not all service locations have access to cellular service. Offline “sync” enables data capture in the field to be saved and “sync’s” with your Sage 100 system when coverage is available. Virtually eliminating lost data.
